Join us for the 6th instalment of the Ten Bridge Trek, as we cross over 10 of London's most iconic bridges and help raise vital funds to support Islamic Help's Birth Clinic.
We set up the Birth Clinic in Irbid, Jordan, in 2015 to provide maternity services for pregnant Syrian refugees who face restricted access to public health services and cannot afford to pay medical costs.
The clinic provides a range of pre-natal and post-natal services, plus other services like a dental clinic. Since its launch, it has seen approximately 24,000 patients and helped 1,800 mothers to give birth in local hospitals.
By taking part in the Ten Bridge Trek, you'll be fundraising and helping provide vital medical support for pregnant Syrian refugees and their new-borns.
It's FREE to sign up for the trek. All we ask is that each participant raises a minimum of £100. This is a very easy amount to raise and if you're nervous about it or worried that you won't hit your target, give us a call and we will be happy to give you some advice and guide you.
Sign up now and get your walking shoes on! (Oh, and don't forget your camera!)
Make sure you get your friends and family to join you! This is truly one of the most scenic walks that you can do in London!
IMPORTANT: Due to the coronavirus pandemic and to protect everyone, we will have social distancing measures in place throughout this walk.
Participants will be required to keep a safe distance from each other and we encourage those taking part to wear face masks and use sanitising hand gel.
As part of your registration, we will need to take your contact details and also any medical conditions. Any person under the age of 16 will need to get their parent or guardian to authorise their participation. By registering for this challenge, you agree to Islamic Help team members contacting you via e-mail, SMS, phone and post for the purpose of this event.
